Expectation from company:
- Should have good knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO and Customer Service Operations
- Should work as trainee for first two months.
- Stipend of Rs.6,500 per month. Salary of Rs.12,000 after the successful completion of training. Transport facility will be provided for night shift operations.
- The Job Involves co-coordinating with U.S.A. based insurance companies in regard to follow up for claim settlement of patients on behalf of US based doctors and managing denied claims.
- The process is a blended one with 60% analysis and 40% outbound calls.
- Should be comfortable with Evening Shift Timings (5.30PM to 3.00AM), 7.30 AM to 5.00 AM during first two months of training.
- Saturdays and Sundays off
