• The applicant is expected to have excellent communication skills, including oral (Presentations, Counseling Interviews) and written skills.
• The candidate should have completed Bachelors Degree from reputed education institution.
• Good knowledge of the higher education system and academic environment in India preferred.
• Must have good organizational and administrative skills
• Must have computer operating skills with good basic knowledge
• Windows, MS office and Internet skills necessary
• Ability to work on own and under pressure. 
• Should have good knowledge in Sales, Retail and Business Development
• Good understanding of the motivation and criteria which influence students from the India in selecting their abroad study destinations.
• Should be familiar with the Indian social networking sites and the way in which these sites are used by potential students to influence their decision in regard to their abroad study destination

We are now seeking to engage Education Specialists in two different locations (Chennai and Bangalore) who will proactively support our existing service partners" network in meeting recruitment targets, increase the quality of student intake and build local partnerships. In order to interact credibly with local schools, potential students and with alumni, the applicant will hold a three-/four- year Bachelor’s degree from one of premier higher education institutions or equivalent, and have a good understanding of the region’s higher education system and academic environment. The successful candidate will ideally possess a degree from reputed institution and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to represent the Universities effectively, together with sound people-relation, organizational, administrative and IT skills.
