• Should be responsible for all service related complaint for Kolkata branch
• Must gather the complaint and attend the site / client as referred by branch manager
• Should be able to ascertain the nature of the complaint and give best possible solution to the client
• Must be able to maintain the all calls report forwarded to branch manager
• Should review all complaints on regular basis
• Should be able to act as a link between branch manager and customers
