• Must know how to handle  internal auditing of sessions for assigned tutors
• Should be able to report the status of the quality levels of tutors, systems and production activities
• Must be participate in improvement program
• Manage and maintain the data bases for the quality system
• Should prepare for weekly/monthly /annual reports and quality trending reports also included
• IT Parameter will be required to fulfilled by the candidate once you get selected
