Expectation from company: Entry level any Graduates can apply, The applicant should have good  Basic Computer skills, Excellent Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills, Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving, should have an ability to work under extreme pressure, Use of call center terms and vocabulary is required.

Handle Calls, Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met

Participate in coaching’s, reviews and training assessments & personnel in conjunction with department managers.

Good Technical knowledge is expected

Note: Also mention the Professional courses are undergone

Key areas: Understands LAN, WAN, OS concepts, Familiar with N / W Topologies
