Expectation from company: Any Entry level Graduates can apply. The Candidate should have Good Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills and Presentation Skills, Good interpersonal Skills and Professional approach, Should having service mindset.

• Must possess MS Excel as working skills
• Must be a Good Hard Worker, Good Committment in work, Good Team Player
• Should have an ability to interact and book shipments from physical customers as per standard operating process
• Must be able to handle calls at reception and resolve their queries / complains of physical customers
• Prepare for customer support post booking of shipments
• Track cash booking shipments and Update delivery status to the customer on day to day basis 
• Make product awareness among retails customers 
• Convert query into actual sales
• Should be added the promote value, premium products
• Have to manage deliveries at counter
• Maintain records and registers

Key areas: Counter sales, frontline sales, Customer handling, retail sales, retail counter
