• Should have knowledge in Insurance / Finance, MS Office and related software
• Training sales staff by having deep discussions with local sales leadership is needed
• Must be able to design and execute a training calendar in consultation with ASTM / RSTM
• Maintain MIS and Update various reports about training activities and its performance, inventories / files, documentation of sales training team
  
• Should have an effective implementation of the sales training strategy under the guidance ASTM / RSTM
