Must be able to understand about the Products, Clients, Competitive Benefits, Competition, and Scenario and should have an ability to organize the recent M & A, Private Equity and IPOs in the data analysis space globally

Identify and evaluate the suitable investor / alliance partners / merchant bankers and formulate and navigate a road map for the company to meet stated objectives
