- Should be a Graduate / CA from a recognized university
- Ought to have knowledge in accounts, finance, tax, company law and auditing
- Should have an ability to control, monitor and report the circle accounts to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Expected to coordinate with statutory, internal and concurrent auditors and ensure compliance with various statutes and control parameters.
- Must be able to lead the budgeting and planning process for the circle and track performance against budgets.
- Have to provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.
- Must control and monitor the revenue assurance function to ensure maximization of revenue.
