• Must have excellent communication skills, candidate needs to be a graduate in fine arts, BFA will be preferable
• Ought to have knowledge in teaching, education, training and counseling
• Good subject knowledge is must and be in a position to take higher classes
• Be responsible for delivering lessons in accordance with the designed programme
• Have to integrate information from other areas within and outside the lesson plan and give relevant examples
• Need to implement school systems and policies in and work with students, parents, and colleagues
• Effectively maintain documents and ensure reporting whenever necessary.
