Expectation from company: Entry level Graduates can apply.

• Should have knowledge in Employee Life Cycle (Hire to Retire) and Exit Process
• Should have an ability to describe about Pre-Joining Formalities and Joining Formalities
• Ought to have knowledge in HR, recruitment, administration and IR
• Need to generate Appointment letter, be responsible for creating employee code
• Good understanding of HRIS Updation is must, must know about personal file preparation
• Be able to prepare transfer letters and salary input to payroll
