Expectation from company: Any Entry level Graduates, MBA / PGDM – HR / Industrial Relations can apply.

• Must have excellent communication skills in English, including oral and written skills
• Should be a Graduate, MBA is preferable, be willing to work in recruitment
• ought to have knowledge in HR, recruitment, administration and IR
• Be responsible for recruitment handling, screening, interviews, tests and select right candidates to fill vacant positions of clients
• Should have an ability to write recruitment advertisements for posting in portal and social networking sites
• Must be able to develop own network of qualified candidates (head hunting) required for job indents
• Only those candidates based out of Chennai preferred
