• Must possess excellent communication skills, organizational, interpersonal and reporting and documentation skills
• Have an ability to work with diverse range of people
• Should be analytical, articulate and result-oriented
• Be able to perform under pressure and provide excellent follow  up on problem solving
• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting
• Ought to have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
• Be responsible for handling calls to sort out their queries
• Should be ready to work in rotational shift
• Good technical knowledge is expected
