• Should possess good communication skills
• MBA in HR preferable, must have fluency  in South Indian Language
• Should have knowledge in HR, recruitment, administration and IR
• Should be responsible for sourcing, screening CVs from portal
• Must conduct the telephonic interviews for out station candidates in pan India
• Expected to coordinate the walking interview in Kolkata
• Send daily report to manager

Key areas: HR and Recruitment, Good Communication kill, Fresher, Must have the knowledge of South Indian languages
