Expectation from company: Entry level B.Tech/B.E, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Com – Commerce, B.A, B.B.A – Management, BCA – Computers, BHM – Hotel Management, Other Graduate can apply.

• Should have basic computing skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English
• BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible for voice process
• Windows, MS office and Internet skills necessary
• Must have excellent typing speed
• Ought to have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
• Must be adapt to learning and applying trouble-shooting and problem solving
• Should have an ability to handle international clients over the phone
• Should be able to analyze issues of customers and provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for solving hardware and networking related issues
• Should be ready to work 5 days / week with 2 week offs (rotational)
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts as per business requirement
• Need to carry your updated resume with 1 passport size color photograph, photo ID, address proof in original and copy of your educational qualification while coming to a personal interview or contact us for further details
