• Should have Excellent Skill sets, wrt knowledge in Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance
• Good knowledge of Monitoring / Reviewing of Plant activities is Must
• Should be responsible for Planning of Training and Development activities
• Must know about objective assessment of individual performances
• Make sure that a safe and clean work place for all
