  • Should have Excellent Communication skills, Good Personality skills, Organization skills and Planning skills, Team Leadership skills, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
  • Should be eager to learn and be successful as an individual
  • Should have knowledge in Marketing, Advertising, MR, PR and Media Planning
  • Should be able to generate funds through the face to face fundraising technique using the prescribed products by the organization
  • Must communicate effectively to donors on the activities of the organization as trained by the induction process
  • Should have an ability to participate in all the campaigns, fundraising, public engagements
  • Need to meet agreed upon targets for donor acquisition
  • Must identify potent captions for running fundraising campaigns for the team
  • Make sure that all the field generated information is properly entered in the donor mandate form and daily report
  • Expected to  wok as assigned by the line manager
  • Should have willingness to immediately
