• Should be a self-starter and be energetic, ought to be honest, assertive and systematic

• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary, also have excellent telephone sales personality skills
• Must possess skills in outbound sales and inbound account management
• Should have knowledge in retail sales and business development
• Must know about customer relationship management system, be able to maintain and expand the database of leads & prospects
• Need to identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads and prospects through calling activity
• Must be able to describe our service offerings and product features and benefits to the prospects during telephonic calls
• Expected to cooperate with sales / account manager to determine strategic approaches for sales, be responsible for handling sales orders in the system with sales team members
• Make sure the delivery commitment to clients is met
