• Should have basic computer skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• The candidates with backlogs / arrears in their degree are also eligible
• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
• Should have knowledge in ITES, KPO, BPO, LPO, customer service operations
• Should be responsible for dealing with International clients
• Good Technical Knowledge is expected
• Should be open to work in night shifts
