• Should have basic computer skills, Must possess excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills
• Need to carry a copy of this mail, newly updated resume and a copy of all relevant documents while coming to the Interview
• Should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
• Should have an ability to handle customer calls immediately and sort out their queries
• Can take help from phone banking officers, if required
• Good service orientation is must, should not have an any employment gap
• Should be responsible for maintaining contact records to reflect current information, requests & complaints turn around and accuracy information given to customers
• Must be able to promote all banking products
• Should have high awareness levels in KYC, Day shift: Female preferred
• Rotational shift: Male preferred
