• Must come from a B.E/B.Tech Background with good knowledge in HTML and CSS for a Product Support Role
• Should have a Bachelor Degree from recognized University
• Should have Good Typing Speed
• Should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service Operations
• The selection will be based on Verbal Communication with Email Scenario Assessment, Written Technical Test and Technical Interview
