• Should be able to manage the overall reception / front office administration
• Should have an ability to handle basic admin related work within office
• Should be responsible for receiving, transferring and making phone calls to customer
• Need to greet visitors at the reception and direct them to the concerned authority
• Must be able to maintain inward and outward courier register
