• Should have basic computer skills

• Should have an ability to handle a team with multi-tasking approaches
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in office infrastructure maintenance and housekeeping service
• Must negotiate with the vendors and finalize them as per the company norms and priority
• Should be able to handle issues relating to administration
• Expected to  supervise and co-ordinate with outsourced contractors/office boys 
• Should possess of vehicle management and corporate event management
• Should have an ability to give training for team members if required
• Must assist the management in PR activities
• Male candidates preferred
