  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Should have excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills
  • Should be a self-motivated, Needs to be a quick learner, should be open to receiving feedback and learning
  • Should be a graduate / diploma in computers from a recognized university/Institute
  • Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
  • Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Should be able to multi-task during handling a transaction
  • Should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
  • Must know about latest / upcoming products / processes and services
  • Good working knowledge of Anti-Virus, Spyware, Trojans and Malware solutions is required
  • Should have an ability to handle phone calls for satisfy customer queries
  • Good understanding of customer requirements is must
  • Good technical knowledge is essential
  • Should have willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Should be responsible for attaining daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Need to carry your earliest updated resume along with one recent passport size coloured photo / photo ID proof photocopy while coming to a personal Interview
  • Should be willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Age Limit: Above 20 years
