• Should have basic computer skills
• Should have excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
• Must possess skills in application programming and maintenance
• Have to install software on client's machine as well as provide them software training
• Should be able to handle the client’s calls via telephone to solve their queries or fix an appointment
• Good technical knowledge is expected
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
