- Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
- Must possess skills in application programming and maintenance
- Have to install software on client's machine as well as provide them software training
- Should be able to handle the client’s calls via telephone to solve their queries or fix an appointment
- Good technical knowledge is expected
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
