• Should have excellent communication skills, Problem solving and Analysis skills
• Should be a Good Team Player with Exceptional Interpersonal and Solution Oriented Attitude, looking for any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University
• Only 2011, 2012 and 2013 year of Pass out are eligible to apply
• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Should have an ability to learn New Project Requirements
• Should be able to deliver Various Projects Data at the highest possible quality standard on timely basis, Must Communicate and Participate on Project Forums
• Should know how to optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
• Expected to help design processes for QA - of entered data
• Ensure Interpret Customer Feedback, Monitor Satisfaction and help Drive Programs to improve numbers
• Should be flexible with one year Bond Agreement with Global Logic
• Should be ready to work on Rotational shifts
• Both Pick Up and Drop will be provided
