CTC: INR 1, 00,000 - 1, 75,000 P.A.  

Expectation from company: Any Entry level MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations can apply.

• Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
• Must have convincing skills
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in HR, recruitment, administration and IR
• Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment that includes screening, interview scheduling and coordination, negotiating and also preparing compensation packages
• The selection process will be based on taking telephonic interviews of candidates to check for their communication skills, expected salary, confidence level, back ground as per job description
• Should be ready to work in a target oriented and result driven environment
• Would have Rotational weekly offs
