• Required candidates as CSA / Associate / Advisor / CSE for International Voice Process
• A field exposure to ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations necessary
• Should have knowledge in USA B2C process
• Should be willing to work on US shifts
• Pick Up and Drop will be provided
