• Should have basic computer navigation skills
• Must possess good communication skills in English with good judgement and decision making skills, should be enthusiastic with positive approach to customer interactions
• Should have an ability to multi-task, Must be able to work under pressure and in target driven environment
• Should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
• Must practice and promote JPMC's operating principles for Integrity, team work, respect and leadership
• Should be able to help credit card holders with suspect fraudulent activity on their account
• Would be responsible for reviewing security information and account activity with the callers, identifying the type of fraud, setting accounts up for investigations, achieving specific performance standards that include team and individual performance factors such as quality and average handle time
• Need to assist with taking inbound calls from the merchant, merchant centers and branches with the purpose of detecting fraud or proving authorizations at the point of sale
• The responsibility includes customer authentication at the point of sale and verifying their security information and account activity
• Should be willing to work on rotational shifts
