• Should have Team Handling and Leadership skills
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering are eligible to this position
• Should have an ability to Attend and Conduct Department Meetings
• Must be able to collaborate with Other Departments
• Designing of Tipper, Trailer and Truck Carrier components and etc, must possess skills on Product Development, Product Costing, ERP, AutoCAD and PRO E, Should know how to do FE Analysis
• Should be responsible for Preparing Design Plan and Reviewing Team Assignments
• Make sure that Design Quality and Design Directives
• Expected to coordinate with Marketing
