- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have an exposure and knowledge in HR, recruitment, administration and IR
- Should have recruitment coordination, must be able to handle all conversation between candidates and Management
- Should have an ability to schedule interviews and take follow-ups from Team heads
- Must discuss, negotiate and finalize on the compensation/Offer to be given to the Candidate
- Should be responsible to prepare offer letter and appointment letters as and when necessary.
- Induction and joining formalities will have to be managed
- Effectively maintain all MIS for daily and monthly basis
- Make sure that new joining medical check up are coordinated and do the necessary follow-ups
- Male candidates preferred, Should be ready to join immediately
