• Must have good communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• BSc in Mathematics / Physics, Computer Science / BCA are required
• Should possess skills in application programming and maintenance
• Must know about configuration Identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, configuration audit including physical configuration audit and functional configuration audit
• Good understanding of CM tool like VSS, SVN, clear case knowledge on Ant and make file is must
• Should be able to handle build and continuous Integration aspects using Ant or make file
• Should have good process knowledge which is also important for CMO like IPD process and agile process
