• Good English communication is must
• Should have knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
• Should be familiar with International outbound process
• Should be responsible for handling outbound calls to sort out their queries
• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts
• Good stipend will be provided
