• Must possess excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills
• Should have knowledge in financial services, banking, investments and insurance
• Must be Keen to work and grow in the banking industry
• Should meet sales targets, Should be able to handle the customers query / problems
• Should be familiar with inbound sales, need to deliver high quality service to customers and focus on adherence to product / process information
• Ensure nil customer complaints, expected to highlight customer problem incidences
• Should be responsible for complying with process requirements of both service and sales and cross selling products as applicable to inbound customers
• Make sure process efficiency by achieving set targets of call quality
