• Should have basic computer skills, must have excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Should have Good Sales skills, must be able to handle calls for Customer Queries
• Should be responsible for attaining daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets
• Need to be a quick learner and should be open to receiving feedback and learn from it.
• Should have an ability to understand/comprehend the customer requirements and respond tactically
• Must be willing to work in Rotational shifts, Good Technical Knowledge is expected
