• Should have basic computer skills
• Should have good communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in  Retail sales and business development
• Must be able to handle client calls over Phone for their Queries
• Need to evaluate about Logistics and Supply Chain Management with customers
• Must have convincing skills
• Should have an ability to handle documentation and corresponding files in the system
• Update enquiry and leads
• Expected to communicate with team on daily basis and provide data as required
• Should follow up client enquiries
