• Should have Good understanding of ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949:2009, SEI CMMI & SCRUM process models and Quality Management System
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in Software and Product companies
• Must possess know how of Application Programming and Maintenance
• Should have participated in internal audits
• Should be responsible for the design and validation of validation/customer boards within Verification and Validation team
• Should be ready to contribute with Si development / validation

Key areas: SEI CMMI, SCRUM process models, Quality Management System, CMMI requirements, quality audit, six sigma
