• Should have basic computer skills

• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Expected to dial for USA B2C process
• Should have willingness to work on Night shifts
• Pick up and Drop facility will be provided by the company
