• Should have basic computer skills including Windows, MS Office and Internet skills.
• Should have excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills in Hindi, English and Kannada/Telugu
• Good knowledge of searching internet and generating database of customers
• Daily follow-up to the customer enquiries
• Should meet the deadlines
• Should be detail oriented
• Should be responsible for effective lead generation
• Need to update associate records with relevant information
• Should have an ability to handle the customer calls and answer them for any queries immediately and efficiently
• Must have an ability to work with supervision in a busy environment
