The Candidate should have Basic Computer Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, including Oral and Written Skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills and Organizational Skills, Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving, Good Technical knowledge is expected.

• Should have Positive Attitude towards Work
• Should be willing to work individually and as well as in a team with a changing environment
• Should be able to provide functional support for EAI / B2B business critical applications with best possible quality of service
• Must be able to sort out support incidents, delivery SLAs delivery and effectively interact with trading partners, Customers
• Should have an ability to understand the Customer requirements, Error troubleshooting and Bug identification
• Should have interested to work on Complete Weekend Shifts and Comp off will be provided on Week Days
• Must work on Early Morning Shifts and Night Shifts for the team if required
