• Should have basic computer skills
• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• Should be a science graduate from recognized University
• Good knowledge of system compliance for different certifications and Understand Audit principles of Certification Bodies
• Should be able to assigns and regulate clerical and secretarial functions
• Should have responsibilities among the staff and make sure that no staff member is overloaded with work Management Representative
• Have to evaluate and manage the performance of each employee and plays a crucial role in their promotion
• A Management Representative would be designs filing systems and make sure that these systems are up to date
• Should be able to maintain the office budget and records all expenses
• Make sure that there is adequate supply of stationery and equipment
• Must update health safety policies and make sure that they are being adhered to
• Should have an ability to handle customer complaints and their queries.
