  • Required candidates as Customer Support Executive for backend support based on non-voice and non technical
  • Should have basic computer skills
  • Should have excellent communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
  • Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, customer service and operations
  • Should be able to handle inbound voice calls
  • Good Technical Knowledge is expected
  • Must be willing to work in Rotational shifts
