• Should have basic computer skills
• Should have good communication skills, including oral and written skills in English
• Must know Local Languages such as Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/Kannada
• Must be adapt to learning and applying troubleshooting and problem solving
• Should have an exposure and knowledge of the BPO Industry
• Should have good knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Should be able to handle calls for customer queries
• Good Technical Knowledge is expected
• Must be ready to work on Rotational Shifts
