• Should be able to undertake Data Entry work
• Should have an ability to handle all incoming calls and sort out their enquiries
• If required, Re-direct calls for own use and take adequate messages
• Expected to kindly welcome the clients, assist direct clients
• Must receive direct telephone messages and fax messages for the further communications
• Should be able to guide and assist the clients to provide them with a professional information about Oceanic Services
• Would involve providing administrative and clerical support to the managers
