• Should be able to take initiative in taking up work, sincerity, displays high level of flexibility and have good team work
• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• Should be Graduate in Hotel management
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in Hotels and Restaurants
• Make sure all food and beverage services in Hospitality and cost effective use of resources
• Should be able to handle guest complaints professionally for guest satisfaction
• Effectively provide support to Food and Beverage Production team
