• Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
• Must possess skills in Indexing of DMS tool
• Should be able to handle customer calls to sort out their queries
• Effectively maintain the processing of Insurer Records
• Should be able to understand and segregate medical records
• Expected to coordinate with Service providers to collect information an maintain proper records.
