- Should have good communication skills, listening and memory retention skills, selling skills, probing skills, analytical skills, Influencing skills, Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and telephone etiquette skills
- Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary, should have good typing speed
- Should have an exposure and knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Investments and Insurance
- Good domain Knowledge of BFSI, especially Insurance is must
- Should have an ability to build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Should meet desired contact centre business plan results for revenue and costs
- Must be able to manage customer Interactions through outbound voice and data contact
- Effectively update the existing database with changes and status of each Customer/ Prospective customer
- Should arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures to clients and other interested parties
- Make sure that satisfactory resolution of varieties of issues
- Should manage resolution of billing queries / issues
- Should be able to collect customer demographics and payments on orders placed and keep appraised of products, services, promotions and warranties
- Should be willing to work on Rotational shifts
