• Should have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• Should be ready to work under pressure
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance
• Must know Our companies technology and how Our products work  
• Should have an ability to manage teams and lead several at the same time
• Must be able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• Should have good knowledge with CAD tools
• Should be able to prepare production reports and consumption reports
• Must control the stock levels on the shop floor
• Should be willing to work on Rotational shifts
