- Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
- Should be able to Handle Customer Queries via Calls and Internet Chats
- Must provide Back End Service to Clients, should be engaged in handling Inbound Calls and Shared Services of BPO Unit
- Be responsible for End to End Transaction of Reports
- Effectively maintain Accuracy in Reports
- Both Day shifts and Night shifts are available
- Should be ready to join immediately
