  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have an exposure and knowledge in ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service and Operations
  • Must be able to handle both Inbound and outbound calls for customer queries
  • Expected to coordinate with the assigned service providers and customers
  • Should be ready to work on Rotational shifts
